Bought for my twins. They are now big enough to pull them themselves. They know which is which by their customized names on themI purchased this for my son at Christmas. He used it only 3x when the top handle completely separated from the case and pulled off. It had a manufacturing defect. When I approached the seller about this I was told it was past the return date and there was nothing they were willing to do. The manufacturing company reached out to me and replaced the defective case w/ a new one for free. They even did a personalization with my son's name. I am impressed that the manufacturer read my review and followed up with me. The new rolling case arrived within a week and my son is thrilled.Products as advertisedSo perfect for my son when we travel!Looks great but will have to see if it stands up to my grandson.Super cute and functional!I love the personalized pilot cases, the names could have been a little larger but I like them just the same. I one complaint I do have is the packaging. When the package was delivered by UPS one side was open giving the appearance that someone looked through the box. I would like to suggest properly sealing the box before mailing it.My grandson loves it he’s ready and packed to go
