Don't get me wrong, the case I received is really nice. The inside is roomy and soft, the Michael Kelly Smokeburst Acoustic Bass guitar fit like a glove. But it looked nothing like this picture. I was shocked when we opened it. The case is covered in what looks like a khacki colored denim with brown leather trim. The handle is completely leather, brown, and bendable. It reminds me of a brief case guitar case. Nice, but not what I ordered. That is why it is getting 4 stars instead of 5.This case is a work of art and impossible to find. I have an original Michael Kelly 5 string acoustic/electric bass from before they were available through places such as musician's friend and it's one of only 250 ever made. I kicked myself for years for only buying the gig bag. So when i saw this i had to have it and I'm glad i waited. This one is better than the plain black one that was available then. The craftmenship on this case is second to none. Its almost to nice to use! You won't go wrong with this one!Excellent Quality Case. Fits My Michael Kelly Dragonfly Acoustic Bass perfectly. Super plush and padded interior. I really don't like the colors of the exterior (old 70s barfy brown), but I knew that going into it. Have had it about a year or so, have only used it a few times to carry my bass, but all signs show good build quality and I expect good longevity.This is a really nice case. I bought it for my Michael Kelly Dragonfly bass guitar and it fits perfectly. It is a very solid old-school style tweed case. The interior is plush and cool-looking as well. Beware it is big, heavy and a bit pricey, but it's such a nice case I'm still very happy with it.the case its self was a good onethis seller shiped it to me in about 5 daysit was a little bent and very dustyall and all a good case...with some wiggle room for the bassI love it. It is a excellent protection.Nice case, plush interior!
